SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY: All items can be expected within 7-10 business days from day of purchase. All orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment via Pay Pal. Prices are subject to change without notice.
At this time we donot offer shipping outside of the United States and Canada
RETURN POLICY:
- If you are disappointed (does not include damage claim) with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will take it back, but YOU will have to pay for return shipping for proper credit. Original product packaging and documentation required and product MUST be in resalable condition.
Products returned without documentation or not in origianal product package - in non resalable condition will not be credited.
- www.Canineriches.com will not accept returns of used items.
- If the product is defective, please notify us within 36 hours for full credit, including return shipping. You will be instructed what to do as far as returning the product.
- If the product is damaged in delivery, the customer must report any visible damage to the box upon delivery to the carrier. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, the product is defective, or the error is otherwise ours, we will correct it.
Shipping Damages:
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – usually UPS or USPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellations need to be within 10 hours of order. Cancellations must be completed prior to shipment.
